10. Work, Duties and Powers of the District Committee:

The work, duties and powers of the District Committee shall be as follows:-

(a) Assist in collecting funds in the fund,
(b) To make arrangements for depositing the amount collected for the fund from the district offices in the account designated by the Central Committee,
(c) To prepare a monthly statement of the amount collected from the district offices and send it to the Central Committee (d) To identify the areas of support that can be contributed to the district and formulate the support program and send it to the Central Committee,
(e) To send the annual progress report to the Central Committee within thirty-five days of the end of the financial year (f) To perform such other work as may be prescribed by the Central Committee
